The Subconscious Mind, Quantum Physics, and World Economy

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Quantum physics shows us we create our realities as we observe or experience them, and we accomplish this creation based on the contents of our subconscious minds. Does this concept mean it is possible for each of us to change world issues like the current economic crisis?

Yes! It is absolutely possible and in fact, you are already influencing what happens every day. Whatever you see and hear goes into your subconscious mind and becomes part of the template for your reality and your entire world. All the positive and negative messages you are exposed to make a map of what your reality will be.

When you hear about how bad the economy is therefore, and when the experts predict that things might get worse before they get better - or some other negative concept - the first thing to say to yourself is "Cancel, cancel."Those words prevent the negative ideas from becoming imbedded in your subconscious mind - because you don't want those experts to dictate what happens in your personal reality! You want things to get better right now, so tell yourself those words ... "The economy is improving now. Things are getting better every day."

Always focus on what is right, not what is wrong. You get what you focus on, so keep your sights on the goal, on what you want - including a thriving world economy.

Quantum Physics - What to Do When Things Go Wrong

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Perfection is unattainable in human beings, so eventually some things will go wrong for everyone.

When something doesn't turn out the way you wanted, or when you fail - at a test, at a job interview, at balancing your checkbook, at making a graceful entrance, or whatever the failure, the first thing to do is own your error - in a kind way. Don't beat yourself up! Own your mistake by saying, "Oops. I didn't do that very well." or use some other simultaneously acknowledging and yet forgiving statement.

The next step to take is genuinely feel your feelings, which sounds easier to do than it sometimes is. If you just tripped walking onstage or made a major financial mistake at work, you'll be upset and embarrassed - and who wants to feel that way? It's easier to avoid your feelings when you mess up, but it's important to take responsibility and own everything you do. It's only when you're responsible that you can change it!

After you express - to yourself - your true feelings about what happened you can go about cleaning up the problem and learning from it.

While you're entrenched in an issue, do not ask yourself why you created it, because the automatic answer will be, "Because you're an idiot," or some other equally punishing and unhelpful comment. If it's important for you to know why you created a problem it will become clear to you later. Just deal with the issue, feel your honest feelings, and do what you can to correct it. Then move on!

Remember that quantum physics shows us that we create our realities based on where we place our focus, so let's not focus on what went wrong! Focus on what went right and on what's going to go right in the future.

Synchronicity, God and Quantum Physics

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Nearly everyone has experienced the kind of synchronicity that plays out like a coincidence - you're thinking about someone and she calls you, or you have an uneasy sense about a friend and then hear bad news about him. In quantum physics we learn about non-locality. Experiments in the quantum have shown that one particle seems to "know" what another is doing, even when no apparent signal has passed between them, and the scientific term for that phenomenon is non-locality. These scientific words also describe synchronicity!

Quantum physics shows us that we create our realities at the moment we observe them, so are we also creating these synchronous events? Yes, of course, absolutely we are creating them.

Why would we create such phenomena?

I think we do it to experience our connection with each other and with God or the Higher Power or the Universe - whatever word you use to describe some kind of deity, something that's bigger than just yourself. The magical experience of synchronicity reminds us that we are connected to each other and to God. It reminds us we are not alone.

Understanding Quantum Physics and Creating What You Want

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
One of the most significant and rewarding aspects of using secrets of quantum physics to create what you want is choosing how future events will transpire.

Recently I took a trip from California to the East Coast with my older very bossy and vocal cat, who has never been outdoors except for annual visits to the vet. She cries out loudly every time she is put into the carrier and shivers nervously until we are on our way home. I knew that the plane ride could either be a nightmare with her being upset, meowing loudly and disturbing other passengers, or shivering and causing me alarm. It could also be a smooth trip with her being calm and cooperative. Or the trip could be anything in between.

Most important I knew it would be up to me, that I would create exactly how the trip went as it unfolded. I asked for help from God/Goddess and my Higher Self to make the trip as safe and pleasant as possible.

I told my kitty we were going on an adventure. I said, "You'll be with me every moment. You're going to feel safe, loved and secure and you'll be silent!"

The trip was just fine, through security checks - kitty had to be taken out of her carrier so they could X-ray it - and changing planes. She was in the carrier longer than 13 hours without making a single sound, and without shivering or being upset.

Through the entire trip I myself felt loved and cared for and very grateful that things went so well. My part of the process was choosing that the journey would go smoothly, asking for help so that it would be a co-creation, and accepting that the ease of the trip was a gift. Creating your reality is a paradox: you are creating it AND you are receiving it as a gift.

How will you create your next endeavor?

Quantum Physics and a Expectations for a New World

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Today is an auspicious day in the United States and in the world. With Barack Obama's new presidency come incredibly high expectations. That's good! Quantum physics shows us that we get what we pay attention to, focus on and concentrate on - therefore we get what we expect.

So it's important at a time like this to keep our expectations high. And yet we need to be sure we expect the best and hope for the best without putting the burden of perfection on the new president. Remember that none of us human beings can be perfect! Yet we can put the expectation on President Obama to do an excellent job, to do his best to help the United States and the entire world.

We can envision that the new presidency will bring a fresh outlook and a renewed hope for peace and prosperity in our world.

We each will create what happens in our own private worlds, and this is a good time to decide what kind of a world you will have.

Guided Meditation for Quantum Healing

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Guided meditations have a particular purpose or goal, as opposed to an open meditation or one that uses a mantra or word, where the idea is to experience a peaceful calm. With guided imagery, you follow along in your mind, picturing what is presented to you. You can use this type of meditation to heal yourself or others. Perhaps the guided meditation will have you start out in one place and move to another, or maybe you'll stay in one place but picture something particular in your mind.

For example, if you want to use quantum healing - based on the secrets of quantum physics - to heal a broken bone in your arm, what you do is picture the bone all healed and solid, as if it never had been broken at all. When you follow a guided meditation you relax and listen to different steps - or you can even lead yourself through the steps, maybe repeating a meditation you've heard before or one you just made up. Have in mind what it is you want to accomplish - in the above example you want to heal your arm. Of course, visualizing won't immediately mend that bone! Your belief system would prevent that magical phenomenon, but the visualization will make the healing easier, smoother and successful a process for you.

The law of Attraction vs. Quantum Physics

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
The Law of Attraction says you just think of what you want and you will attract it to you. While it does seem to work that way sometimes, the idea is misleading, as quantum physics proves. In fact, until you observe or experience your reality, it exists as invisible waves of energy. You aren't attracting anything, therefore, because you are observing it into reality - that new job isn't sitting somewhere just waiting for you to visualize it so it can be drawn to you.

Since we live in a physical reality, it helps to take an action to help you manifest what you want in your reality. What that means is that if you do something, say start taking vitamins, it will help you bring about the reality of improved health, for example. Without a physical action it is more of a stretch, and it can be your own beliefs that could prevent you from creating what you want.

So think about what you want and come up with a way to help you get there - if it's a new relationship, for example, sign up for an online dating service or go to a singles dance. You won't necessarily meet your new partner that way, but it will help you open to the possibility of a relationship. Taking action will solidify your beliefs and create the new reality for you!

Subatomic Particles, the Quantum and the New Year

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
One of the most wonderful qualities of human beings is our ability to heal, to change and grow, and to start over. What better day to begin anew than the first day of a new year?

Spend some time today - or tomorrow of a day next week, it doesn't have to be the exact first day of the year - to focus clearly on what you want for yourself, your loved ones and your world this year. Make a list of goals, hopes and dreams and put it somewhere so you'll be able to find it during the year. As the months unfold in 2009, when you achieve a goal or whenever you think of it, take the list out again and see how you're doing.

In the quantum time is not a significant factor the way it is for us humans, and subatomic particles move forward in time the way we do, and they also move backward in time. We can do the same thing in our minds. So today is also a good day to look back to heal and forgive, to settle and resolve so you can step into the new year with a clean slate and a happy heart.

At any moment you can choose to be who you want to be. Let's start now!

Power Affirmations, Quantum Physics and the New Year

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Often the new year inspires us to consider making changes in our lives. How can we make next year better than the last one? What can we do, in fact, to make this coming year the best year ever?

To begin, realize that you have everything you need to improve your life, regardless of the date. If this is the year you want to succeed financially, or the year you want to meet that special someone, or graduate from college or whatever is your desire, use power affirmations to help you achieve your goals. Affirmations are positive sayings that state you will have your desires, and they focus your energy on what you want. It's important to write the affirmations down.

"By December 2009 I will achieve financial independence" or "I will meet a new woman (or man) to love," or "I will complete all my classes and graduate from the university."

Power affirmations can help keep you focused as you take the necessary action. Once you've written the affirmations on paper and placed those pieces of paper around your house where you'll see them often, be sure to read the words with feeling each time you see them.

Next you need to take action!

Quantum physics shows us we get what we focus on, so you have to take action to focus more intently on achieving your goal. Put your energy into changing your financial situation - invest in that new opportunity, for example - join an online dating service or a local singles group, make sure you are prepared for all your exams and turn in all your papers so you'll be able to graduate.

Although New Years is a great time to choose change and success, if you don't have everything lined up perfectly by the first of the year, don't worry. You can choose any day, any time, to make changes. You can decide, "When I get up off this couch I am going to be different," and it will work, just as well as if it were still New Year's Day.

Quantum Healing and Winter Holidays

Digg digg it | Reddit reddit | del.icio.us del.icio.us | StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
I read something yesterday that referred to winter holidays as the time to be nice, kind and exhibit good will toward others. What's up with the idea that being nice, polite and generous has anything to do with the calendar?

Quantum physics teaches us that time is merely a useful human convention. It's not relevant to subatomic entities, trees, animals or any other aspects of nature. Why does anyone think being kind is seasonal?

Don't you want to be nice all year?

Quantum healing includes healing the mind and soul, not just the body, and one healing idea is to notice how you treat other people and how you treat yourself - at all times of year - not just during the winter holidays. We're not talking about perfection here, though, as everyone has a bad moment or a bad day.

Many of us are genuinely kind to others and not so nice or forgiving to ourselves. If this rings true for you, remember you are part of humanity! If you are having a bad day, let yourself off the hook and show some kindness to yourself - if that's difficult or new to you, try pretending you are thinking about a friend and behave toward yourself the way you would toward her.
